THE UNLAWFUL CUSTODY AND VISITATION PROCEEDING IN ONONDAGA COUNTY OF MICHAEL ROTONDO REGARDING HIS SON. (PART 8)

In good faith, I had agreed to switch a visitation day, to a day that wasn’t on the court order; and my son’s mother made me sorry that I did this. So I tried to get a police report but they wouldn’t make one. I have this documentation from the phone-call I made to the department instead.

She tries to make me agree to keep him indoors, and I’m not going to corroborate or otherwise set fourth that I don’t have custody of my son. Even if this means that I won’t see him that say, and the courts won’t do anything to stem this coercion.

In the end, I agree to switch Thursday and Friday, because if she reneges on her promise to let me see him on Thursday, I can hold her accountable to the (court ordered) Friday, which that Thursday was in exchange for.
