This article describes the events which followed my son’s mother’s service onto her, of my family court petitions. I had to commence these actions from of all the events which had transpired up unto their filing, as the situation required the intervention of the court.

They consisted of three petitions. The first of which was a custody/visitation violation petition, which commences an action to punish someone for violating a custody/violation order. The second was a custody/visitation modification petition, which reflected changes to the visitation order that I wanted because of our standing verbal agreement, and how it was different than the court order. And the third, was a petition regarding my son’s mother’s other child, whom I had concerns for considering that it could be easily seen by me, that the issues which were causing these problems with my visitation with my son, were also effecting this other child; and I wanted the court to address this issues too. Collectively, these three petitions represented “the big picture” regarding my son’s mother, and what I considered should be done about it. Unsurprisingly, my son’s mother wasn’t happy about receiving them;

Now, at this time of my service of these petitions onto her, my son’s mother herself was 100% familiar with what a family court petition was, which is something that commences a legal proceeding; and nothing more. I had found out later, that after having received the petitions, my son’s mother had gone to the police department seeking police action, for myself having filed these petitions. The police department does not have the power to dispense with my family court petitions in any way, and in a fundamental sense my son’s mother knew this. The police told her they can’t do anything about the petitions; or something to a similar effect.

I’m sorry you feel that way, but I have concerns that I’m sure are sufficiently justified. I’m very disappointed that your
dragging our nearly 7 year old son into this which is tremendously unfair to him. I’m calling for the police report now.

  1. I agree with Angela. You are a sick arrogant pos and I wish I could kick you….you are hurting children by what your doing

  2. I don’t really wanna beat you down. I was actually feeling sorry for you at first, but upon reviewing the police reports and facts of the case, you are COMPLETELY in the wrong. Try calling that radio show, Handle on the Law, on WSYR 106.9 on Sunday mornings. That guy is an actual lawyer and he will tell you the exact same thing I am telling you.

    1. Hunter she wasn’t letting me see my son; do you want me to post the court order that was effective for that time???

      1. You said several times that the visit was an unordered verbal agreement which is unenforceable. Your petition regarding her daughter is also ridiculous and has no standing in law. The third one I don’t even understand you are filing frivolous petition to the court and causing hardship twoo children by all these court appearances

        1. I never said the verbal agreement was unenforceable. The petition regarding her daughter could have standing under the law, and was prudent for me to file because like I said, it was a part of the situation and relevant. And there was a petition for her violation of the order because minimally, she’s keeping my son from me in an attempt to coerce me into refraining from taking him skiing, as a custody issue. There are police reports that are for days in the court order, what are you going to stay when I start posting those?

      2. Has your son’s mother ever violated the court visitation order?

If so, can you provide documentation of the order and documentation of the violation(s)?

        1. Tom, she has.

There are police reports already on this website that show that she has violated the order. I’ll post the operative order to the police reports as soon as I get a chance to redact the sensitive information that is on it (such as my son’s name).

          1. You should really check out the first of the “custody and visitation” posts for the specifics of the documentation, as I describe it there.

  3. Since you aren’t paying child support, who is providing for your son?

Do you feel that you should be making a financial contribution to support your son even though you don’t have custody?

    1. Tom, I am paying child support however, the amount ordered and enforced, is not reflective of the facts of the matter. Please see my earlier posts regarding the child support proceeding for the details to this.

I feel that it is well within the realm of possibility that parties who don’t have custody of their children, should financially contribute; but it really depends on the specifics.

  4. Am I reading the texts right? Did you try to take her daughter? Or is that referring to the petition you filed?

    1. I’m not sure what you’re asking. I had filed a petition regarding her daughter, as I believed that it really added to the cohesiveness of the case that I was trying to make. I wasn’t trying to “take” her daughter, I don’t thing that’s an accurate characterization. I hope that answers your question.
