For my Custody/Visitation/Violation trial against my son’s mother, I had accumulated over 10 police reports in support of my case. This post is regarding the first police report, which documents the first instance of my son’s mother refusing my visitation with my son in about 5 years. It’s my overwhelming belief that my son’s mother would not let my visit with my son on October 29, 2016, because I would not allow her to coerce me into forgoing my fair share of trick-or-treating with my son on the Halloween of that year.

My son’s mother and I, on our own accord, had switched the days which our order of custody and parenting time specified for my visitation, through a verbal agreement. We had been following this new verbal agreement for years without any issue. The days were changed to reflect our work schedules, and we were on good terms at that time, so there didn’t seem to be a need to have these same changes reflected in the court order.

In hindsight, it was a really bad idea to change the visitation days without updating the court order; this is because it then required that a judge find that these days, which she had violated our verbal agreement on, are in fact the visitation days that the operative visitation order speaks to. It’s an extra consideration that you need to establish as a fact, in a case that’s more than likely, already challenging enough without the need for anything extra that could have been avoided.

Because of this verbal agreement, that was in effect at the time in which my son’s mother started refusing my visitation, I had several police reports describing violations for visitation days that were not explicitly specified in the court order as visitation days. Regardless of this, it could be easily seen that these days which my son’s mother did not let me see my son, which were not explicitly defined in the order as visitation days, did in fact constitute a violation of the ordered visitation. This is because the new visitation schedule had been clearly demonstrated as sustainable as it was.

Here is the redacted police report from that day.

Here is the correspondence between myself and my son’s mother prior to myself contacting the police:

Why would your want to do that to him? He didn’t need to go outside just to go get better

When he’s sick with a fever? Don’t make this about you or me. He doesn’t want to leave the house. I’ll have him call you
when he wakes up.

Here is a doctor’s note from my son’s doctor, describing that he himself had witnessed my son state that he himself wasn’t sick on October 29, 2016.

Doctor’s note 12-24-16

This post is the first of a series of posts that documents something that no honest/moral man or women would ever allow to happen to somebody, such as myself or my son. Enjoy!

  1. I don’t understand how you can be this insistant on visitation and then proceed to withdraw cash to avoid paying child support. i know you won’t publish this comment probably but thats what i feel. Indeed she is wrong for lying, but you got rude pretty quick.

    1. When did I withdraw cash do avoid paying child support? Also, if you read my posts about the child support, you can see pretty easily that my support order is 100% illegal; it’s rightfully my money… I need it to like, eat, and get housing because another court illegally threw me out of my home…
